The Zero Waste Project by Kyu Mélange is a circular design initiative that transforms textile remnants and surplus
materials into purposeful, limited-edition fashion and lifestyle pieces. Rooted in sustainability, heritage, and innovation,
the project reimagines waste as a canvas for creativity—reducing environmental impact while celebrating conscious craftsmanship.
Approximately fifteen percent of the fabrics used in manufacturing a fashion collection ultimately ends up as waste.
The Zero Waste Project is another one of our initiatives designed to achieve the face value objectives

Through the lens of Kyu Mélange, the project demonstrates how sustainability can be not only possible but profitable, by reimagining waste as art, commerce, and community. By weaving together creativity, heritage, and context, we invite audiences to see sustainability not as sacrifice, but as a powerful pathway to innovation, impact, and enduring style.
